3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

agd33 accounts are personal and it is strictly prohibited to sell, transfer, or rent your account to any other person. If evidence of account transfer is found, both accounts will be closed.

5.4 VIP Program

The agd33 VIP program has three tiers:

• Bronze: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback

Advancement to a VIP tier is at the discretion of agd33 and is based on the member's overall gaming activity. Cashback is paid once per week and may be subject to its own wagering requirements.

6.1 Fair Play Guarantee

agd33 uses software from established game providers to ensure fair and transparent outcomes across all games. Game results are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) and reliable technology. It is not possible for any user or third party to interfere with this process.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted mid-way due to a technical error, server failure, or internet disconnection, agd33 will attempt to resume from the last saved state of the game. In cases of complete uncertainty, the amount wagered in part may be refunded.

6.3 Finality of Game Results
